In the world of organization there are many strategies to work, plus they are very different, in this case im likely to talk about the blue marine strategy, and the basic for this strategy is that companies need no challenges themselves, not with other companies, on the other hand we all said that a business has a red ocean strategy when they take on other companies, and thats why these a couple of are different, not only in the color, as well in the idea.
BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY
This concept comes from an e book with the same name " Blue Water Strategy" (Harvard Business Assessment Press 20050), by W. Chan Ellie and Renee Mauborgne.
